The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room and hallway don't look like a four star hotel but at most 3 start.

Clean, modern, quality breakfast with different varieties, well maintained

Room television broadcast didnt give wide range options (globally)

Many thanks to Ahmed the assistant front office manager who assisted us for an early check in at 13:00hrs as we’ve landed early. The location was convenient

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Brian and Anwar at the reception, and Naw from the breakfast team.

The lady at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. Her warm hospitality really made a difference—great service!

It’s a bit disappointing that basic amenities like a toothbrush and shower cap aren’t provided by default—you have to request them separately. Especially inconvenient for a short transit stay of just a few hours when you’re expecting quick and easy access to essentials.

I’ve stayed in a lot of holiday In hotels in different locations , but this one you can consider it as a 3 star hotel, it was not that clean and the check in took around 3 hours and the room was dirty because they were in Harry ! After that someone entered our room at 12:05 am to see if there is someone in the room or no !! Can you imagine ! And there excuse was that it was extra night but they didn’t update the system!! BRAVO ?The system in hotels all over the world is(check in and check out is between 12-3 pm) but their system was totally different ? in the middle of my sleep SURPRISE ! I just want to check if someone is in the room ! Really!! Why you didn’t call ☎️ why you didn’t check the cameras ! Why you didn’t wait until the morning! Zero culture.

Just minor, the tissue box in the wash room is quite sharp. Its can bleed the finger when getting tissue. Hope the management can do something about it. Thank you..

Smooth check-in and check out. Staff were hospitable. Clean room with comfy bed. Great breakfast and dinner with lots variety of foods. Will visit again. Overall fabulous.

Didn't like the city view because we can only see walls of the adjacent buildings.

Helpful receptionist and staff , lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Room was small in compare to pic highlighted in website ,but that’s okey .

Breakfast was good, wide variety to choose from.The Stock Burger place was very nice especially Happy Hour.

The hotel needs a shuttle service to and from the airport and at the very least to the city center mall and the souk. The shuttle service could operate on an hourly basis.

The reception is missy,Someone took my id to assist my checkin,He informed me that, the room not ready yet,With rude wayWhen I asked for the duty manéger I find that, the guy he assisted none one of reception team.
